Moustawa 1 lays the essential foundations of learning through fundamental books in various fields:

• Creed: The Three Fundamentals, The Four Rules, The Nullifiers of Islam
• Hadith: Hadiths 1 to 20 from The 40 Hadiths of An-Nawawi
• Fiqh: Chapter on Purification from Al-Fiqh Al-Muyassar
• Ethics: Chapter on Ethics and Rights from Nur Al-Basa'ir wa Al-Albab – Sheikh ʿAbd Ar-Rahman As-Saʿdi

Learning these fundamentals is a necessity for everyone; not a day passes in a Muslim’s life without needing the teachings contained in these books. This is the most important level, yet it is where most people give up. An army of enemies will try to discourage him, so let him place his trust in Allah and not weaken. Let him remember that seeking knowledge is among the best and most beloved acts of worship in the sight of Allah, and that knowledge is an absolute necessity for himself, his loved ones, and the community.

Moustawa 2 builds upon the foundation of the first level through the following books:

• Creed: Kitab At-Tawheed
• Hadith: Hadiths 21 to 42 from The 40 Hadiths of An-Nawawi
• Fiqh: Chapter on Prayer from Al Fiqh Al Muyassar
• Manhaj: The Methodology of the Prophets in Preaching – Shaykh Rabiʿ Ibn Hadi Al Madkhali

This level is essential and complements the first one; it is indispensable for strengthening one’s foundations in belief, jurisprudence, and hadith. It includes the greatest book ever written on the subject of monotheism: Kitab At-Tawhid, which every student must study and master. Additionally, a new subject is introduced: Manhaj (methodology), with a crucial book by one of the greatest scholars of our time, Shaykh Rabiʿ Ibn Hadi Al Madkhali—may Allah preserve him. This second level is a key milestone. Those who complete it will have overcome the most challenging part, and it is rare for a student who has successfully passed this stage to give up afterward.

Moustawa 3 covers essential subjects for students through books addressing the fundamentals of Islamic sciences:

• Creed: Al ʿAqeedah Al Wasitiyyah – Ibn Taymiyyah
• Usul al-Fiqh: The Basics of the Science of Fundamental Principles of Islamic Legislation – Shaykh Ibn ʿUthaymin
• Fiqh: Chapter on Zakat, Fasting, Hajj, and Jihad from Al Fiqh Al Muyassar
• Manhaj: The Methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah in Criticizing Individuals, Books, and Groups – Shaykh Rabiʿ Ibn Hadi Al Madkhali

This level explores additional aspects of belief, jurisprudence, and methodology that complement those studied in previous levels and are equally important. In this third level, students delve into topics less known to the general public, such as the science of fundamental principles of Islamic legislation (Usul al-Fiqh) and the rules of criticism. These subjects are of great importance for attaining a deep understanding of Islamic sciences and protecting oneself from the many ambiguities spread in our time.

Moustawa 4 builds upon the foundation of the third level through the following books:

• Creed: Rules on the Names and Attributes of Allah – Sheikh Ibn ʿUthaymin
• Hadith: Terminology of Hadith – Sheikh Ibn ʿUthaymin
• Fiqh:
  • The Chapter on Transactions and the Chapter on Inheritance from Al-Fiqh Al-Muyassar
  • Poem on the General Rules of Jurisprudence – Sheikh ʿAbd Ar-Rahman As-Saʿdi
• Study of Sects: Thesis on the Sects – Sheikh Ahmad Badookhon

This level is essential as it completes the third level. It is indispensable for strengthening one's foundation in creed and the fundamental principles of jurisprudence and hadith sciences. This will allow the student to deepen his understanding and acquire essential methodological tools for a profound grasp of Islamic sciences. Additionally, a work by the Sheikh of our center on deviant groups is included, which will be of great benefit to the student—both in safeguarding himself from misguidance and sectarianism, and in realizing the invaluable blessing of being guided on the straight path.

Moustawa 5 covers important themes in creed, Islamic governance, and family law through the following books:

• Creed: The Epistle of Hama – Ibn Taymiyyah
• Governance and Islamic Politics: Islamic Politics for the Reform of the Ruler and the People – Ibn Taymiyyah
• Fiqh: The Chapter on Marriage and Divorce from Al-Fiqh Al-Muyassar

This level deepens the study of creed and introduces new essential topics for a Muslim's daily life, such as politics and marital life. Many people have significant gaps in these areas and are in great need of authentic Islamic knowledge regarding these topics. Therefore, it is imperative for any student aspiring to become a preacher to have a solid grasp of these subjects.

Moustawa 6 is the final level, concluding the program with the following books:

• Creed: The Epistle of Palmyra – Ibn Taymiyyah
• Fiqh: From the chapter on Crimes and Offenses to the end of Al-Fiqh Al-Muyassar
• Research Methodology: Thesis on Scientific Research and Its Application in Islamic Sciences – Sheikh Ahmad Badookhon

This final level completes the book on jurisprudence and a long series on creed. It also prepares the student for more independent and in-depth study with a work by the Sheikh of our center, enabling him to analyze texts and conduct research more autonomously.

With this program of six Moustawas and the two Special Moustawas, the student will be sufficiently prepared to approach, in the best conditions, the lessons and books of great scholars. He will also have acquired a complete and solid training to become a preacher and a true seeker of religious knowledge, if Allah wills.

Moustawa Special 1 is an independent and complementary Moustawa within the six-level Moustawa program. Open to all and without prerequisites, it covers the following books:

• Tafsir: The Foundations of Tafsir – Sheikh Ibn ʿUthaymīn
• Arabic Language (Grammar): Al-Ājurrūmiyyah
• Biography of the Prophet ﷺ: Abridged Highlights of the Prophet’s Life ﷺ (Part 1) – Ibn Kathir

These books are essential for anyone aspiring to seek knowledge. This level provides foundational teachings that are not included in our six-level program, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education and leave our center without any gaps in their learning.

Moustawa Special 2 follows up on the first Moustawa Special with the following books:

• Creed: The Rational Evidences of the Lord’s Oneness – Sheikh ʿAbd Ar-Rahman As-Saʿdi

• Biography of the Prophet ﷺ: Abridged Highlights of the Prophet’s Life ﷺ (Part 2) – Ibn Kathir

• Usul Al-Fiqh: A Concise Treatise on the Science of the Fundamental Principles of Jurisprudence – Sheikh ʿAbd Ar-Rahman As-Saʿdi

This level builds on Moustawa Special 1 by continuing Ibn Kathir’s essential book on the Prophet’s biography ﷺ. In addition, it includes two rarely studied but highly valuable books. Combined with our six-level Moustawa program, it will give students a strong foundation and the necessary tools to become preachers and serious seekers of religious knowledge, if Allah wills.
